Sekong Province, Lao PDR — The Office of Extension and Training Kamphaengsaen (OET KPS), led by Assistant Professor Rattana Angkasit, Special Expert of OET KPS, along with Ms. Witida Sivakua, Head of the Promotion of Cooperation for Development based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP) Group, Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), and the project advisory team for the Smallholder Horticulture Empowerment and Promotion (SHEP) project from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), conducted a field visit to monitor and evaluate the training project titled “Third Country Training Programme (TCTP) on Sustainable Community Development Programme based on the Application of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP) and Smallholder Horticulture Empowerment and Promotion (SHEP).” This initiative operates under the Tripartite Cooperation among Thailand, Japan, and Lao PDR, with the evaluation taking place at the Integrated Technical-Vocational School in Sekong Province, Lao PDR.

The objective of this field visit was to monitor and evaluate how the trainees have applied the knowledge, skills, and experience gained from the training program into their actual operations and local community development. Additionally, the visit aimed to exchange perspectives and listen to challenges, obstacles, and progress regarding the implementation of the trainees’ Action Plans. The gathered insights will serve as vital data for future project development and further strengthen human resource development cooperation among Thailand, Japan, and Lao PDR, ensuring long-term efficiency and sustainability.

ການລົງພື້ນທີ່ໃນຄັ້ງນີ້ ມີວັດຖຸປະສົງເພື່ອຕິດຕາມ ແລະ ປະເມີນຜົນການນຳເອົາອົງຄວາມຮູ້, ທັກສະ ແລະ ປະສົບການທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບຈາກການຝຶກອົບຮົມ ໄປໝູນໃຊ້ເຂົ້າໃນການປະຕິບັດງານ ແລະ ພັດທະນາຊຸມຊົນໃນພື້ນທີ່ຕົວຈິງ, ຕະຫຼອດຮອດການແລກປ່ຽນຄຳຄິດຄຳເຫັນ, ຮັບຟັງບັນຫາ, ອຸປະສັກ ແລະ ຄວາມຄືບໜ້າໃນການດຳເນີນງານຕາມແຜນປະຕິບັດງານ (Action Plan) ຂອງຜູ້ຜ່ານການຝຶກອົບຮົມ ເພື່ອເປັນຂໍ້ມູນໃຫ້ແກ່ການພັດທະນາໂຄງການ ແລະ ເສີມສ້າງຄວາມຮ່ວມມືດ້ານການພັດທະນາຊັບພະຍາກອນມະນຸດ ລະຫວ່າງ ປະເທດໄທ, ຍີ່ປຸ່ນ ແລະ ສປປ ລາວ ໃຫ້ມີປະສິດທິພາບ ແລະ ຄວາມຍືນຍົງຕໍ່ໄປ.
