🌍 Eligible Countries: Angola, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, and Zambia (Maximum of 3 participants per country)

👥 Applicant Qualifications:

• Government officials or researchers currently working in the field of rice production.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Aged between 25–45 years old.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

💰 Sponsorship Coverage:

• Round-trip airfare

• Accommodation during the training period

• Daily allowance
