The morning session covered the topic: “Core SHEP Principles and Concepts 2: Theoretical Backgrounds of SHEP”
The Office of Extension and Training Kamphaeng Saen (OET.KPS.) organized the training course“Sustainable Community Development Program based on the Application of SEP and SHEP” from 23 November to 9 December 2025 for 18 agricultural extension officers from the Lao PDR and 2 participants from Thailand. On 29 November 2025, a full-day training session was conducted. The morning session covered the topic: “Core SHEP Principles and Concepts 2: Theoretical Backgrounds of SHEP”, which focused on the fundamental concepts and theoretical foundations behind the SHEP approach. In the afternoon, participants continued with the topic: “Information Asymmetry”, addressing situations where trading partners or stakeholders possess unequal information, which may affect decision-making and fairness in the market. Both sessions were honored to have Dr. Jiro Aikawa as the lecturer. The training took place at the King Palm Room, Training Building, National Agricultural Extension and Training Center.
ສຳນັກສົ່ງເສີມແລະຝຶກອົບຮົມ ກຳແພງແສນ ໄດ້ດຳເນີນການຝຶກອົບຮົມຫຼັກສູດ “Sustainable Community Development Program based on the Application of SEP and SHEP” ລະຫວ່າງວັນທີ 23 ພະຈິກ – 9 ທັນວາ 2025 ໃຫ້ແກ່ເຈົ້າໜ້າທີ່ສົ່ງເສີມການເກສະຕະກຳຈາກ ສາທາລະນະລັດປະຊາທິປະໄຕປະຊາຊົນລາວ ຈຳນວນ 18 ຄົນ ແລະ ຈາກປະເທດໄທ 2 ຄົນ. ໃນວັນທີ 29 ພະຈິກ 2025 ມີການຈັດການອົບຮົມຕະຫຼອດມື້. ໃນພາກເຊົ້າເປັນຫົວຂໍ້ “Core SHEP Principles and Concepts 2: Theoretical Backgrounds of SHEP” ວ່າດ້ວຍພື້ນຖານແນວຄິດ ແລະ ເຫດຜົນສຳຄັນທີ່ເປັນຫຼັກການຢູ່ເບື້ອງຫຼັງການດຳເນີນວຽກຕາມແນວທາງ SHEP. ໃນພາກບ່າຍ ສືບຕໍ່ດ້ວຍຫົວຂໍ້ “Information Asymmetry”
