The Office of Extension and Training Kamphaeng Saen (OET.KPS.) organized the training course “Sustainable Community Development Program based on the Application of SEP and SHEP” from 23 November to 9 December 2025, with 18 agricultural extension officers from the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and 2 participants from Thailand. The program aims to enhance learning and strengthen participants’ capacity in sustainable agricultural development based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP).

       On 28 November 2025, a full day of training was conducted. The morning session featured the topic “SEP Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)”, focusing on equipping participants with knowledge and skills to systematically monitor and evaluate project outcomes in line with SEP principles. The afternoon session covered “Action Plans Preparation”, enabling participants to develop practical and sustainable action plans that can be applied effectively in their communities and agricultural development work. Both sessions were honored to have Asst.Prof.Ratana Aungkasit as the guest lecturer. The training took place at the King Palm Room, Training Building, National Agricultural Extension and Training Center.
