OET.KPS Partners with TICA and JICA for Sustainable Community Development Training (SEP & SHEP)

       The Office of Extension and Training Kamphaeng Saen (OET.KPS.), in collaboration with the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), organized the training program “Sustainable Community Development Program based on the Application of SEP and SHEP” during 23 November – 9 December 2025. The program was attended by 18 agricultural extension officers from the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and 2 agricultural extension officers from Thailand.

       On 24 November 2025, Dr.Kanyarat Chiewvech, Director of the Office of Extension and Training Kamphaeng Saen, graciously delivered the welcome remarks for the event.

       In the afternoon session, a training on “Concepts and Principles of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy: 3 Rings and 2 Conditions” was conducted, with Dr.Usa Thienthong serving as the guest lecturer. The session took place at the King’s Palm Room, Training Building, National Agricultural Extension and Training Center.

 

      ສຳນັກສົ່ງເສີມແລະຝຶກອົບຮົມ ກຳແພງແສນ ຮ່ວມມືກັບ ກົມຮ່ວມມືລະຫວ່າງປະເທດ (TICA) ແລະ ອົງການຮ່ວມມືລະຫວ່າງປະເທດຂອງຍີ່ປຸ່ນ (JICA) ໄດ້ຈັດຫຼັກສູດການຝຶກອົບຮົມ “Sustainable Community Development Program based on the Application of SEP and SHEP” ລະຫວ່າງວັນທີ 23 ພະຈິກ – 9 ທັນວາ 2025 ໃຫ້ແກ່ເຈົ້າໜ້າທີ່ສົ່ງເສີມການເກສະກຳຈາກ ສາທາລະນະລັດປະຊາທິປະໄຕປະຊາຊົນລາວ ຈຳນວນ 18 ຄົນ ແລະ ເຈົ້າໜ້າທີ່ດ້ານການສົ່ງເສີມການເກສະກຳຈາກປະເທດໄທ ຈຳນວນ 2 ຄົນ.

ໃນວັນທີ 24 ພະຈິກ 2025 ທ່ານ ດຣ. ກັນຍາຣັດ ຊຽວເວດ ຜູ້ອຳນວຍການສຳນັກສົ່ງເສີມແລະຝຶກອົບຮົມ ກຳແພງແສນ ໄດ້ໃຫ້ກຽດກ່າວຕ້ອນຮັບໃນພິທີເປີດ.

       ໃນພາກບ່າຍ ໄດ້ມີການຝຶກອົບຮົມຫົວຂໍ້ “ແນວຄິດແລະຫຼັກການຂອງປັດຍາເສດຖະກິດພໍເພຽງ (Sufficiency Economy Philosophy) 3 ຫ່ວງ 2 ເງື່ອນໄຂ” ໂດຍໄດ້ຮັບກຽດຈາກ ດຣ. ອຸສາ ເທຽນທອງ ເປັນຜູ້ບັນຍາຍ ຈັດຂຶ້ນທີ່ ຫ້ອງ King’s Palm ອາຄານຝຶກອົບຮົມ ສູນສົ່ງເສີມແລະຝຶກການເກສະກຳແຫ່ງຊາດ.
