The opening ceremony of the “Sustainable Community Development Program based on the Application of SEP and SHEP”

       The Office of Extension and Training Kamphaeng Saen (OET.KPS.), in collaboration with the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), organized the training program “Sustainable Community Development Program based on the Application of SEP and SHEP” from 23 November to 9 December 2025. The program is provided for 18 agricultural extension officers from the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and 2 agricultural extension officers from Thailand at the King’s Palm Room, Training Building, National Agricultural Extension and Training Center.. The objective of the program is to enhance participants’ capacity and strengthen their knowledge in sustainable community development based on the principles of SEP and SHEP, thereby contributing to the long-term improvement of farmers’ quality of life in their respective areas.

       On 24 November 2025, the opening ceremony of the “Sustainable Community Development Program based on the Application of SEP and SHEP” was held. Dr.Kanyarat Chiewvech, Director of the Office of Extension and Training Kamphaeng Saen, delivered the opening report outlining the purpose of the program.

Welcome remarks were delivered by Dr. Jiro Aikawa, SHEP Expert the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and 2nd Lieutenant Sorawut Preededilok, representative of the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA).

The ceremony was honored by Asst. Prof. Dr. Pojjaman Poolmee, Assistant to the President for Education and Lifelong Learning, Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen Campus, who presided over the official opening of the program at the HongHern Room, National Agricultural Extension and Training Center.

 

       ສຳນັກສົ່ງເສີມແລະຝຶກອົບຮົມ ກຳແພງແສນ ຮ່ວມກັບ ກົມຮ່ວມມືລະຫວ່າງປະເທດ (TICA) ແລະ ອົງການຮ່ວມມືລະຫວ່າງປະເທດຂອງຍີ່ປຸ່ນ (JICA) ໄດ້ຈັດຝຶກອົບຮົມໂຄງການຫຼັກສູດ “Sustainable Community Development Program based on the Application of SEP and SHEP” ລະຫວ່າງວັນທີ 23 ພະຈິກ – 9 ທັນວາ 2025 ໃຫ້ແກ່ເຈົ້າໜ້າທີ່ສົ່ງເສີມການເກັດຕະກອນຈາກ ສາທາລະນະລັດປະຊາຊົນລາວ ຈຳນວນ 18 ຄົນ ແລະເຈົ້າໜ້າທີ່ດ້ານການສົ່ງເສີມການເກັດຕະກອນຈາກປະເທດໄທ ຈຳນວນ 2 ຄົນ ຈັດຂຶ້ນທີ່ຫ້ອງ King’s Palm ອາຄານຝຶກອົບຮົມ ສູນສົ່ງເສີມແລະຝຶກອົບຮົມການເກັດຕະກອນແຫ່ງຊາດ ເພື່ອໃຫ້ຜູ້ເຂົ້າຮັບການອົບຮົມໄດ້ພັດທະນາສັກກະຍະພາບ ແລະເສີມສ້າງຄວາມຮູ້ດ້ານການພັດທະນາຊຸມຊົນຢ່າງຍືນຍົງຕາມຫຼັກ SEP ແລະ SHEP ເຊິ່ງຈະສົ່ງຜົນໃຫ້ການຍົກລະດັບຄຸນນະພາບຊີວິດຂອງກະສິກອນໃນພື້ນທີ່ຂອງຕົນຢ່າງຍືນຍົງໃນອະນາຄົດ.

       ໃນວັນທີ 24 ພະຈິກ 2025 ໄດ້ຈັດພິທີເປີດໂຄງການຫຼັກສູດ “Sustainable Community Development Program based on the Application of SEP and SHEP” ໂດຍ ດຣ.ກັນຍາຣັດ ຊຽວເວັດ ຜູ້ອຳນວຍການສຳນັກສົ່ງເສີມແລະຝຶກອົບຮົມ ກຳແພງແສນ ເປັນຜູ້ກ່າວລາຍງານວັດຖຸປະສົງໃນການຈັດໂຄງການ. ໃນການນີ້ Dr. Jiro Aikawa ຜູ້ຊຳນານການດ້ານ SHEP ຈາກ JICA ແລະ ຮ້ອຍໂທ ສະຫຼະວຸດ ປີຣີດິດລົກ ຜູ້ແທນຈາກ TICA ເປັນຜູ້ກ່າວຕ້ອນຮັບ.

       ພິທີເປີດໄດ້ຮັບກຽດຈາກ ຜູ້ຊ່ວຍອະທິການບໍລິການດ້ານການສຶກສາແລະການຮຽນຮູ້ຕະຫຼອດຊີວິດ ວິທະຍາເຂດກຳແພງແສນ ຜສ.ດຣ.ພະຈະມານ ພູນມີ ເປັນປະທານເປີດໂຄງການໃນຄັ້ງນີ້ ທີ່ຫ້ອງຫົງເຮີນ ສູນສົ່ງເສີມແລະຝຶກອົບຮົມການເກັດຕະກອນແຫ່ງຊາດ.
