The Office of Extension and Training Kamphaeng Saen (OET.KPS.), organized the training course “Sustainable Community Development Program based on the Application of SEP and SHEP”

       The Office of Extension and Training, Kamphaeng Saen, organized the training course “Sustainable Community Development Program based on the Application of SEP and SHEP” from 23 November to 9 December 2025, with 18 agricultural extension officers from the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and 2 participants from Thailand.

       On 27 November 2025, the participants joined a study visit at:

• Rai Ruk Karn Learning Center, Yang Muang Subdistrict, Tha Maka District, Kanchanaburi Province

• Ban Nong Sai Sufficiency Economy Learning Center, Nong Sarai Subdistrict, Phanom Thuan District, Kanchanaburi Province.

       The study visit aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP) and its practical applications in sustainable community development. They learned from real examples of resource management, integrated farming, income generation based on self-reliance, and community development models that can be adapted and applied in their respective areas.
