The opening ceremony of the training program “Veterinary Clinical Study and Animal Health Sciences”

The Office of Extension and Training Kamphaeng Saen (OET.KPS), through the Research Management and International Cooperation Unit, Division of Academic Affairs, Research and Network Development, organized a training program titled “Veterinary Clinical Study and Animal Health Sciences” during November 3–7, 2025 for 10 livestock officers from the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.The training took place at the Queen’s Palm Room, Training Building, National Agricultural Extension and Training Center, with the objective of enabling participants to apply the knowledge gained to effectively support livestock farmers. The course guided participants through the systematic investigation of animal diseases, providing knowledge on post-mortem techniques, sample collection and handling, interpretation of post-mortem findings, histological slide preparation, histopathology, immunohistochemistry (IHC), and in situ hybridization (ISH). All these components aimed to enhance the participants’ capacity for structured investigation of animal diseases and emerging infectious disease outbreaks. On November 3, 2025, the opening ceremony of the training program “Veterinary Clinical Study and Animal Health Sciences” was held at the Mak Kheaw Room, National Agricultural Extension and Training Center.

The event featured an opening report delivered by Dr. Kanyarat Chiewvech,, Director of the Office of Extension and Training Kamphaeng Saen, and was officially opened by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sukanya Rattanathubthimthong, Assistant to the President for Research, Academic Services, and International Affairs, Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus.

ကမ်ဖဲန်ဆန် လေ့ကျင့်ရေးနှင့် အသိပညာတိုးချဲ့ရေးရုံး (OET.KPS) မှ ပညာရေး၊ သုတေသနနှင့် ကွန်ရက်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးဌာနခွဲ သုတေသနစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးဌာနစုတို့ ပူးပေါင်း၍ ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ နိုဝင်ဘာလ ၃ ရက်နေ့မှ ၇ ရက်နေ့အထိ “တိရစ္ဆာန်ဆေးကုသရေးလက်တွေ့လေ့လာမှုနှင့် တိရစ္ဆာန်ကျန်းမာရေးသိပ္ပံ” သင်တန်းအစီအစဉ်ကို ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်မှ တိရစ္ဆာန်ဆေးကုဆရာဝန် ၁၀ ဦးအတွက် စီစဉ်ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါသည်။

သင်တန်းကို အမျိုးသားစိုက်ပျိုးရေးတိုးချဲ့ရေးနှင့် လေ့ကျင့်ရေးစင်တာရှိ လေ့ကျင့်ရေးအဆောက်အအုံ၊ ကွင်းဖလမ်ခန်းမတွင် ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပြီး၊ ပါဝင်သည့်အဖွဲ့ဝင်များသည် ရရှိသော ဗဟုသုတများကို မွေးမြူရေးတောင်သူများကို ထိရောက်စွာ အထောက်အကူပြုနိုင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။

ဤသင်တန်းသည် ပါဝင်သည့်အဖွဲ့ဝင်များကို တိရစ္ဆာန်ရောဂါများကို စနစ်တကျ စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်း၊ အသေကောင်ခွဲစိတ်မှုဆိုင်ရာနည်းပညာများအတွက် အသိပညာများထောက်ပံ့ပေးခြင်း၊ နမူနာစုဆောင်းခြင်းနှင့် ကိုင်တွယ်ခြင်း၊ အသေကောင်ခွဲစိတ်စစ်ဆေးမှုရလဒ်များအား ဆန်းစစ်ပေးခြင်း၊ တစ်ရှူးဆလိုက်များ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း၊ Histopathology၊Immunohistochemistry နှင့် (in situ hybridization – ISH) ဆိုင်ရာ ဗဟုသုတများ လမ်းညွှန်ပေးခဲ့ပါသည်။ ဤအစိတ်အပိုင်းအားလုံးသည် ပါဝင်သည့်အဖွဲ့ဝင်များ၏ တိရစ္ဆာန်ရောဂါများနှင့် အသစ်ပေါ်ပေါက်လာသော ကူးစက်ရောဂါများအား စနစ်တကျစုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးနိုင်သည့် စွမ်းရည်ကို မြှင့်တင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။

၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ နိုဝင်ဘာလ ၃ ရက်နေ့တွင် “တိရစ္ဆာန်ဆေးကုသရေးလက်တွေ့လေ့လာမှုနှင့် တိရစ္ဆာန်ကျန်းမာရေးသိပ္ပံ” သင်တန်းအစီအစဉ်၏ ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားကို အမျိုးသားစိုက်ပျိုးရေးတိုးချဲ့ရေးနှင့် လေ့ကျင့်ရေးစင်တာရှိ မက်ခီယောခန်းမ၌ ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါသည်။

အဆိုပါပွဲတွင် လေ့ကျင့်ရေးနှင့်အသိပညာတိုးချဲ့ရေးရုံး (Kamphaeng Saen) ၏ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူး ဒေါက်တာ ကန်ယာရတ်ချိဝ်ဗက် မှ ဖွင့်ပွဲအစီရင်ခံစာကို တင်ပြခဲ့ပြီး၊ ကစက်ဆတ်တက္ကသိုလ် ကမ်ဖဲန်ဆန်ကျောင်းခွဲ၏ သုတေသန၊ ပညာရေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာရေးရာများဆိုင်ရာ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ၏ လက်ထောက်ပါမောက္ခ ဒေါက်တာ ဆူကန်ယာ ရတ္တနာသူဘ်သမ်သောင် က တရားဝင်ဖွင့်လှစ်ပေးခဲ့ပါသည်။
