OETKPS Equips African Delegates with Project Proposal Writing Skills to Drive Sustainable Agricultural Development
On February 1, 2026, the “Rice Production Technologies for Food Security and Sustainability of African Countries 2026” training program, a collaboration between OETKPS, Kasetsart University (Kamphaeng Saen), JICA, and TICA, shifted its focus towards developing administrative and planning skills. The session centered on the module “Writing a Project Proposal,” led by Asst. Prof. Ratana Aungkasit, who imparted systematic principles and practical techniques for drafting effective project proposals. This essential training enabled participants to synthesize their newly acquired knowledge and concepts into tangible, actionable plans. Mastering these proposal writing skills serves as a crucial foundational step for initiating future development projects aimed at sustainably enhancing rice production efficiency and ensuring long-term food security across the African region.
