On the evening of February 18, 2026, the international training program “Rice Production Technologies for Food Security and Sustainability of African Countries 2026,” a collaborative effort by OETKPS, Kasetsart University (Kamphaeng Saen), JICA, and TICA, reached a beautiful conclusion with a Farewell Party aimed at strengthening enduring bonds. On this special occasion, Dr. Kanyarat Chiewvech, Director of the Office of Extension and Training, Kamphaeng Saen, honored the event by presenting souvenirs to the delegates as a token of lasting friendship. Furthermore, Asst. Prof. Ratana Aungkasit, Senior Expert at the Office of Extension and Training, Kamphaeng Saen, delivered the closing remarks, offering valuable advice and insights on how to effectively apply the acquired knowledge and technologies to build sustainable agriculture and ensure food security in the African region.
