A full-day training session was held under the topic “SHEP Workshop 3”

       The Office of Extension and Training Kamphaeng Saen (OET.KPS.), conducted the training course “Sustainable Community Development Program based on the Application of SEP and SHEP” from 23 November to 9 December 2025 for 18 agricultural extension officers from the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and 2 officers from Thailand. On 3 December 2025, a full-day training session was held under the topic “SHEP Workshop 3”, focusing on:
• Techniques for effectively implementing SHEP activities
• Conducting Participatory Baseline Surveys with farmers
• Approaches for customizing SHEP to suit different local contexts and diverse farmer groups.
 
       The session was honored to have Mr. Masafumi Nakanishi and Ms. Mako Yoshitani as lecturers, who shared both practical experiences and real-world approaches to enable participants to apply the knowledge effectively in community development and agricultural extension work. The training took place at the King Palm Room, Training Building, National Agricultural Extension and Training Center.
 
    ສຳນັກສົ່ງເສີມແລະຝຶກອົບຮົມ ກຳແພງແສນ ໄດ້ດຳເນີນການຝຶກອົບຮົມຫຼັກສູດ “Sustainable Community Development Program based on the Application of SEP and SHEP” ລະຫວ່າງວັນທີ 23 ພະຈິກ – 9 ທັນວາ 2025 ໃຫ້ແກ່ເຈົ້າໜ້າທີ່ສົ່ງເສີມການເກດສະຕະກຳຈາກ ສປປ. ລາວ ຈຳນວນ 18 ຄົນ ແລະຈາກປະເທດໄທ 2 ຄົນ.
     ໃນວັນທີ 3 ທັນວາ 2025 ໄດ້ມີການຈັດຝຶກອົບຮົມຕະຫຼອດມື້ ພາຍໃຕ້ຫົວຂໍ້ “SHEP Workshop 3” ໂດຍເນັ້ນການຮຽນຮູ້:
• ເຕັກນິກການດຳເນີນກິດຈະກຳ SHEP ໃຫ້ມີປະສິດທິຜົນ
• ການສຳຫຼວດຂໍ້ມູນພື້ນຖານແບບມີສ່ວນຮ່ວມ (Participatory Baseline Survey)
• ແນວທາງການປັບໃຊ້ SHEP ໃຫ້ເໝາະສົມກັບສະພາບແວດລ້ອມ ແລະກຸ່ມເກດສະຕະກອນທີ່ຫຼາກຫຼາຍ
 
     ການອົບຮົມໃນຄັ້ງນີ້ ໄດ້ຮັບເກຍດຈາກ Mr. Masafumi Nakanishi ແລະ Ms. Mako Yoshitani ເປັນວິທະຍາກອນ ທີ່ໄດ້ຖ່າຍທອດປະສົບການ ແລະ ແນວປະຕິບັດຈິງ ເພື່ອໃຫ້ຜູ້ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມສາມາດນຳຄວາມຮູ້ໄປປັບໃຊ້ໃນການພັດທະນາຊຸມຊົນ ແລະ ການສົ່ງເສີມການເກດສະຕະກຳໄດ້ຢ່າງມີປະສິດທິຜົນ.
