The Executive Center for Development Programs (ECDP) International Training Program, “Guiding Research, Dispute Management, Regulatory Frameworks Formulation, and Strategic Planning”

      The Office of Extension and Training, Kamphaeng Saen, through the Executive Center for Development Programs (ECDP) International Training Program, course “Guiding Research, Dispute Management, Regulatory Frameworks Formulation, and Strategic Planning,” led two trainees from The Electricity Regulatory Authority, Royal Government of Bhutan, Bhutan, on a study visit to observe exhibitions and attend an energy lecture on March 13, 2025, at the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) Learning Center in Nonthaburi Province. In the afternoon, they conducted a study visit and exchanged knowledge on energy at the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency, Ministry of Energy, Pathumwan District, Bangkok.
