The international training program, Executive Center for Development Programs (ECDP) “Guiding Research, Dispute Management, Regulatory Frameworks Formulation, and Strategic Planning”

      The Office of Extension and Training Kamphaeng Saen, through the international training program, Executive Center for Development Programs (ECDP), course titled ‘Guiding Research, Dispute Management, Regulatory Frameworks Formulation, and Strategic Planning’ had two participants from The Electricity Regulatory Authority, Royal Government of Bhutan, Bhutan, attend lectures. The morning session featured a lecture on ‘Intro to Renewable Energy Technologies’ by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nichbenya Chanthanajulka Rerkhai, a faculty member of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Kasetsart University. In the afternoon, the participants attended a lecture on ‘Research Methodology and Analysis for Proper Evidence-Based Decision Making by a Regulator’ by Dr. Joefrey B. Geroche, a Level 1 Expert at the Faculty of Business Administration, Kasetsart University. The event took place on March 11, 2025, at Kasetsart University, Bangkok.
