      The Office of Extension and Training Kamphaeng, Saenunder the “Executive Center for Development Programs (ECDP)” international training project organized a training course titled “Guiding Research, Dispute Management, Regulatory Frameworks Formulation, and Strategic Planning.” The training session was attended by two participants from The Electricity Regulatory Authority, Royal Government of Bhutan. They received lectures on “Dispute resolution mechanism, complaint handling by regulators in the power sector” and “Legal Drafting & Writing, how to ensure drafting of robust and effective regulatory frameworks in the power sector,” delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Piti Iamjamrunglap, a faculty member at the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University. In the afternoon, the participants attended a lecture on “Policy and Regulatory Framework Development,” given by Assistant Professor Dr. Jirawadee Phonprasert, a faculty member at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Naresuan University. The event took place on March 10, 2025, at Kasetsart University, Bangkok.
