The Office of Extension and Training Kamphaeng Saen (OET.KPS.), conducted the training course “Sustainable Community Development Program based on the Application of SEP and SHEP” from 23 November to 9 December 2025 for 18 agricultural extension officers from the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and 2 participants from Thailand. On 8 December 2025, Ms. Nopporn Lertprasert, Deputy Director for International Network Affairs, the Office of Extension and Training Kamphaeng Saen, delivered a summary report on the program’s activities, highlighting the key learning outcomes and progress achieved throughout the training. On behalf of the participants, Mr. Chittakone Sisanonh, Director of Dongkhamxang Agriculture Technical College, expressed his gratitude to all relevant organizations for their strong support and for organizing an intensive and practical training program that will greatly benefit their professional work. The event was honored by the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Potjaman Poolmee, Assistant to the President for Education and Lifelong Learning, who presided over the certificate presentation ceremony and officially closed the training program. The closing ceremony was held at Hong Hern Room, National Agricultural Extension and Training Center, Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus.
